What data we collect
We only collect data that you actively provide to us (e.g. via the contact form: name, company, email, message) and standard server logs when you visit the website (browser type, IP address).
What we use your data for
Exclusively to answer your inquiry, improve our website and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell data.
Appointment booking
When you book an appointment via our website, we process the data you provide (name, email address, optionally company and message) to conduct the appointment. To do so, we create an entry in Google Calendar (Google Ireland Ltd. or Google LLC, USA — a transfer to the USA is possible) and send calendar invitations plus a confirmation email. The data is used solely to conduct the appointment. You can cancel the appointment at any time via the link in the confirmation email.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no third-party analytics. Only technically necessary data is processed to deliver the site.
Your rights
You have the right at any time to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data. Write to us at info@siempi.ch.
Data sharing
We only share data with processors (hosting, email delivery) who are contractually bound to confidentiality. Servers are located primarily in Switzerland or the EU.
